Vice President Kamala Harris continues to add to her highlight reel of loopy proclamations that have marked her tenure as the historic first woman of color to be elected to the office by making a very obvious point about transportation during a Tuesday roundtable discussion where she joined her fellow diversity hire, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg.
While sitting beside the former mayor of the college town of South Bend, Indiana at the event where they joined disability rights advocates to discuss increasing accessibility in public transportation, Harris invited ridicule upon herself by summing up the issue in her own unique way.
“This issue of transportation is fundamentally about just making sure that people have the ability to get where they need to go,” the veep said as she chuckled. “It’s that basic.”

As is typically the case with Harris’s airheaded takes, she was ridiculed by Twitter users with one likening it to a ‘1st grade vocabulary class’ level of boiling down a complex issue, while another mocked it as, “Well ya know the wheels on the bus go round and round……”
KH’s 1st grade vocabulary class-
Our new word today is ‘transportation’ it means making sure people get where they need to go.
Now let’s all try to use it in a sentence

Rocket scientist!

If it’s that basic, there’s no need for there to be a Dept of Transportation.

If she’s not writing this stuff herself, her staff hate her, absolutely hate her.

This is a direct result of affirmative action and sleeping your way to the top instead of merit.

Her brilliance lies in the way that she simplifies complex topics so that we layman can grasp a shred of understanding.

Well, they needed someone dumber than Joe.

Fucking genius! We would never come up with it ourselves!

Last week, Harris spewed out a dizzy word salad while attempting to define culture while at the New Orleans’ Essence Festival.
Kamala Harris explains “culture”:
“Culture is — it is a reflection of our moment and our time. Right? And present culture is the way we express how we’re feeling about the moment and we should always find times to express how we feel about the moment…” pic.twitter.com/ffHLD5blQv

“Culture is – it is a reflection of our moment and our time. Right?” Harris said. “And present culture is the way we express how we’re feeling about the moment, and we should always find times to express how we feel about the moment.”
“That is a reflection of joy. Because, you know,” she added, before she inexplicably broke out into laughter “it comes in the morning.”
Senator John Kennedy (R-La.) totally nailed it when he recently remarked of the vice president that “English is not her first, second, third, or even fourth language.”
