Kelly Clarkson is kicking off a new chapter in her career, and her fans couldn’t be more excited. During the Thursday, February 6 broadcast of her popular Kelly Clarkson Show, the singer dropped a huge announcement — she’s heading to Las Vegas for a new residency.
The Grammy-winning singer took to Instagram shortly after to share the big news. “I’m so excited to be back in Vegas! We’re bringing the studio to the stage this time with ‘Studio Sessions’! See you soon!” Clarkson wrote, also encouraging her fans to sign up for exclusive updates through her fan club.
Fans were more than elated to welcome back the American Idol winner — who previously had a Vegas residency from 2023 to 2024 — to the big stage, and let it be known in the comments of Clarkson’s post.

“Omgomgomgomg. The last residency was my favorite concert I have EVER been to. ,” said one fan, while another agreed, noting the harsh Vegas summers, writing, “I could do without Vegas in July or August but for you, anything .”
Others were salty the songstress won’t be doing a world tour, with one comments like, “Not me thinking this was a world tour!! ,” and “WORLD TOUR PLEASE!!!!”
“THIS IS LITERALLY A DREAM VENUE TO SEE YOUR FAV ARTIST IN!! KELLY WAS MADE FOR THIS VENUE!” one fan pointed out, referring to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, where the shows will take place in two segments: July 4 to August 16, then again from November 7 to November 15.
Clarkson, who has been relatively quiet on the touring front in recent years, had teased the announcement in a playful Instagram video a day earlier. When asked about upcoming concerts, she coyly responded, hinting that more was in store for her followers and they should tune into her show on Thursday.
Tickets for will go on presale for Citi cardmembers on Friday, February 7 and for her fan club members on Saturday, February 8, with general sales opening shortly after.
