The reported service problem has hindered users’ ability to make outgoing calls altogether, leaving them unable to connect with individuals they need to reach.

Additionally, the issue extends to incoming calls, where users have experienced the frustration of missed or unanswered calls due to the connectivity problems.

The inability to make and receive calls has caused a significant disruption in their communication flow, impairing their ability to stay connected and engaged with others.
