Craig Conover said he was “moving on” with his life amid the ongoing drama surrounding his breakup with Paige DeSorbo.
“I don’t want to be involved,” the Southern Charm star, 36, responded to Andy Cohen when the topic of his ex-girlfriend came up during the Thursday, February 6 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “I got broken up with. I’m the ex-boyfriend moving on with my life.”
DeSorbo, 32, and Conover’s split was covered on Southern Charm at the end of December 2024. After the news broke, rumors that she strayed on him took off online, and she was forced to defend herself on her Giggly Squad podcast, released Monday, February 3. “I never, in the three years that I dated my ex-boyfriend, I never physically cheated on him, emotionally cheated on him,” she claimed, adding, “Can you mentally cheat on him? … I don’t know, but I didn’t.”

Conover deflected Cohen’s questions about the scandal. “I’m sorry that I’m not reading Reddit every day and getting on there and defending her,” Conover said. “I never said [she] cheated, so I’m not a part of [that].”
He then blasted DeSorbo for claiming on her podcast that they came to a “mutual” decision to separate.
“I didn’t tell her what to say. I got a text from her saying, ‘I’m announcing [the split] on my podcast. And then she said it was mutual, which it wasn’t,” Conover told Cohen.
Conover admitted on WWHL that the breakup has left him “very sad” and he’s leaning on friends and family. “I went through denial, then fixing — or trying to fix it — [becoming] sad, and then I had anger for a little bit, and now I’m kind of getting excited for the future as much as I can,” he said.
As for DeSorbo? She said on her podcast that she is single at the moment.
